  I will admit that they are pricey, much more expensive than the rest, IF you are only looking at the price at face value. Before I went to HR Block this year, I used to use Turbo Tax online, and although that service is free, it ended up costing me $1000 that I now owe to the IRS because of one little check that the website wouldn't let me unclick. So I decided to have someone else do my taxes for about $200, which sounds crazy, but it is worth every penny. Claudio took very good care of me throughout the whole process and provided a level of customer service that is not seen as often as it should be these days. I got more back than I thought I would, and I ended up with only 1/5th of the entire cost of Turbo Tax the previous year. Two thumbs up!
